Angel is the current extern hailing from the University of the Pacific (UOP), San Francisco’s Doctor of Audiology program. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology with a minor in Psychology from UOP, Stockton in 2023.
Angel discovered her passion for audiology thanks to her undergraduate introduction to audiology and aural rehabilitation classes. During her gap year, she worked as a full-time audiology assistant. Throughout her doctoral program, she completed clinical rotations at Sutter Health, Kaiser Permanente, and the NorCal VA. The Hearing Solution is her new home for her externship year and the final step in her training before she is a licensed audiologist.
Her clinical interests span across many aspects of audiology; however, she is most enthusiastic about not only working with patients and their hearing needs, but also forming strong bonds with them as a future provider. She is so excited to move to Sacramento and meet you!
